Prevent duplicate transaction monitoring alerts

This can happen when you have more than one entry for the financial institution that triggers duplicate alerts. Make sure that you have only one entry for each financial institution. Use the information below to remove duplicate entries.

  1. Sign in to your Norton.

  2. Click MONITORED INFO tab.

  3. On the FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS section, remove the duplicate entries.
