Fix problems with Norton VPN displaying the actual IP address even after changing VPN server location

You may notice that Norton VPN still shows your real public IP address or an IP address that does not match the VPN location you selected. This can happen when your device or network is using only IPv6, while Norton VPN currently works with IPv4. Because of this mismatch, the IP address shown after changing the VPN server location may not reflect the new VPN region correctly. Please disable IPv6 on your device. For more information, read: Disable Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) on your device.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please follow the instructions below,

Refresh the IP manually.

Please ignore this step if you are using Norton 360 or Norton VPN on iOS devices since this feature is currently unavailable.
