Activate your Credit Services

Introduction and prerequisites

This article guides you through the process of activating your credit services to enable the retrieval of your credit report and score, and to activate credit monitoring. It's important to note that activation and processing may take up to 72 hours to complete. If you are unable to complete the enrollment or activation, Contact Member Services & Support for assistance.

Prerequisites:

• You must be signed in to your account.

Activate your credit services

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Proceed with one of the following:

   • On the Activate credit services alert, click Activate Now.

   • On the Credit Score & Report tile, click Enroll Now.

3. On the Credit services activation screen, click Continue.

4. Read and check the box to provide your consent, and then click Next.

5. Your credit service will be activated. It may take some time for your credit report to get generated and available to you.
