Norton Internet Security for Mac displays incorrect subscription days remaining even after the license purchase

The remaining subscription days on your Norton Internet Security for Mac trialware may not get updated after you purchase a subscription from the Norton Store. It can also happen when you purchase a license after your Norton Internet Security trial has expired. To fix this problem, activate Norton.

Activate Norton Internet Security

  1. In the Norton Internet Security main window, click Purchase Now.

  2. In the Activation Required window, select Activate with Key, and then click OK.

  3. In the dialog box that appears, type your product key, and then click Activate.

    If you do not have access to the product key or don't know where to get it from, read How do I find my Norton product key.

  4. Norton Internet Security for Mac now displays the correct subscription days remaining.
