Norton account for Norton Small Business does not display the Mac devices

Symantec is aware of a problem where Mac computers with a Norton product installed may not appear in your Norton account.

We are currently working towards a fix for this issue. In the meantime be advised that:

  • Only Mac computers are affected with this problem.

  • Your Mac computers are protected and enjoying all the features that Norton offers.

If you want to check the protection status of your devices, follow the steps below.

Check the protection for your devices

  1. Sign in to Norton.

  2. Under Services, select Norton Small Business.

    Your Norton Small Business product key along with the seats information is displayed.

  3. Under Manage my Installs, the table displays information about all the devices that have Norton products installed on your Norton Small Business subscription. This table includes devices running Mac OS X.
