Manage your devices

As an account owner, you need to know the security status of each device associated with your Norton Small Business. If any device is at risk, you can even fix them remotely from your service provider's website. You can see the following details:

  • Norton products installed on the device

  • Security status of the device

  • Email address of the device user (only for Windows and mobile)

  • Online status of the device

If you want to remove a device or a license, Manage your installs

To know the status of your device

  1. Sign in to your service provider's website.

  2. Click Norton Small Business.

  3. On the Devices page, move your mouse pointer over the device that you are interested in.

    You can filter the devices by operating system or type.

  4. View the status and take appropriate action.
