Manage your installs

If you no longer use a device or your device is lost, you can remove the device associated with your subscription. When you remove a device, the Norton product installed on the device becomes inactive.

Even if you remove a device from your account, the Norton product still remains on the device. You can choose either to retain the Norton product if you plan to use the device sometime later or to uninstall the Norton product from the device.

To remove a device from your account

  1. Sign in to your service provider's website.

  2. Click Norton Small Business.

  3. On the Devices page, move your mouse pointer over the device that you want to remove. You can filter the devices by operating system or type.

  4. Click the trash icon next to the device name.

  5. In the Remove Device confirmation dialog box, click OK. Once the device is removed, the number of seats available for you to use gets increased by one.
