Know your installs and subscription status

A valid subscription to Norton Small Business ensures that you constantly receive product updates and protection from security threats. Your subscription status shows the total number of days that are left with your current subscription. We recommend that you renew your subscription before the expiration date.

You can also use automatic renewal feature to renew your subscription. It saves your time and effort, and you receive continuous protection, year after year.

Once you add a device to your subscription, the number of seats available for you to use gets reduced by one. When you send an invite, your employee should accept and install the product to get the device added to your subscription.

To know your install status

  1. Log on to your Norton account.

  2. Type the email address and password that are associated with your Norton account and click Sign In.

  3. On the Devices page, under Installs Remaining, see the number of seats available for you to use.

To know your subscription status

  1. Log on to your Norton account.

  2. Type the email address and password that are associated with your Norton account and click Sign In.

  3. On the My Account page, click Automatic Renewal and Subscriptions.

  4. See the expiration date next to Norton Small Business. You can also view the status of Automatic Renewal.

  5. If you want more details about the product, click Norton Small Business.
