My Norton product is displayed as "Not Activated" in my Norton account

Your Norton product may be displayed as "Not Activated" in your Norton account portal despite the product being active. Symantec is aware of this problem and is working on fixing it. This issue does not affect the performance of your Norton product from protecting your device.
