Email client freezes after I install my Norton product

You may experience some problems with accessing email clients such as Microsoft Outlook after you install the latest version of the Norton product. This problem occurs due to an error in the Windows Filtering Platform (WFP).

To fix this issue, we recommend you to run the hotfix tool from Microsoft.
