Error: "A problem has occurred that needs your attention..." when I install my Norton product

To fix this problem, make sure that you reinstall the latest version of your Norton product from your Norton account.

Download the Norton product from your Norton account

  1. Sign in to Norton.

  2. Click Download Norton.

  3. Under Install on this device, click Agree & Download.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the product.
