Diagnostic report shows incorrect processor name in Norton 360

Norton 360 generates a diagnostic report using the inbuilt Windows Management service and determines the name of the processor. However, on a Windows XP-based computer, the processor name is incorrectly displayed.

To fix this issue, we recommend you to run the hotfix tool from Microsoft.
