Activate the Norton product subscription that came preinstalled on a new computer

Many computer manufacturers include a subscription to Norton Protection preinstalled with the purchase of a new computer. You may have received an email reminder to activate the preinstalled subscription.

Activate Your Norton Product

1. On your computer, click the search box, and then type “Norton”.

2. Open the Norton Security desktop app.

   If you are prompted, accept the License and Services Agreement.

3. Enter the email address to use for your account and click Next.

   If you already have an account, enter your password, and click Next, or enter the requested information to create it.

Your product is now activated, and your product key is registered with your account.
