Many computer manufacturers include a subscription to Norton Protection preinstalled with the purchase of a new computer. You may have received an email reminder to activate the preinstalled subscription.
Activate Your Norton app

On your computer, click the search box, and then type “Norton”.

Open the Norton protection desktop app.
If you are prompted, accept the License and Services Agreement.

Enter the email address to use for your account and click Next.
If you already have an account, enter your password and click Next, or enter the requested information to create it.
Your Norton app is now activated, and your product key is registered with your account.
