Install Norton Mobile Security for Chubb Mobile Phone Insurance

Install Norton Mobile Security

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Scan the QR Code on the product card provided with your Chubb Mobile Phone Insurance purchase using a QR scanner app.

      If you do not have a QR code scanner app installed on your mobile device, download Norton Snap from Google Play Store.

    • Go to the Norton Mobile Security website, and then tap Log In.

  2. Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.

    If you do not have a Norton account, tap Create one Now. Type your details and create an account.

  3. Type the product key provided on the product card, and then tap Verify.

    If you have scanned the QR code, you need not type the product key. The product key is embedded into the QR code.

  4. In the Welcome page, tap Add a New Device.

  5. Under Choose your Devices' Platform, choose your device's platform.

  6. Scan the QR code using a QR scanner app or click the download link for the platform that you selected.

    Depending on your device platform, you are redirected to the Google Play Store or the iTunes Store page for Norton Mobile Security.

  7. Do one of the following:

    • For Android, on the Google Play page for Norton Mobile Security, tap Install.

    • For iOS, on the iTunes page for Norton Mobile Security, tap Free > Install App.

    Norton Mobile Security app is downloaded and installed on your device.

  8. When the installation finishes, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

  9. Tap Agree & Launch to accept the User License Agreement.

  10. Read the information about the new features of Norton Mobile Security and swipe through the screens until you see the Norton Account sign in options.

  11. Tap Sign In Now

  12. Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.

  13. Type a name for your device and then tap OK.

    Norton Mobile Security installation is now complete.
