How do I configure Uninstaller settings?

You can use the Uninstaller Settings window to configure uninstall unused software settings of Norton Utilities.

To configure Uninstaller settings

  1. In the Norton Utilities main window, select the Settings tab.

  2. In the Settings window, select Uninstaller from the left panel.

  3. Under Uninstaller Settings, select the required uninstaller settings.

    Your options are:

    • Enable Windows Last Access Date tracking: Select this check box to allow Norton Utilities to track the last accessed dates of the applications that are installed on your system. This option is selected by default.

      The following options are enabled only when you select the Enable Windows Last Access Date tracking check box

    • Notify me when applications have not been used for longer than: Select this check box to enable Norton Utilities to notify you when you have not accessed an application installed on your system for a specified duration. Your options are: 1 Month, 3, Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months.

    • Notify me when applications are larger than: Select this check box to enable Norton Utilities to notify you when the size of an application that is installed in your system is larger than the size that you specify. Your options are: 50 MB, 100 MB, 500 MB, or 1 GB.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.
