System Status shows "Internal server error" when I access Norton Family widget in my Norton product

This problem has been fixed in the latest updates for your Norton product. To get the latest updates for your Norton product, run LiveUpdate until no updates are available.

Run LiveUpdate

    These steps are for the current version of the Norton products. If you have an older version or if you do not know your product version, go to Norton Update Center.

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. In the main window, click Security, and then click LiveUpdate.

  3. When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click OK.

  4. Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, "Your Norton product has the latest protection updates."

  5. Exit all the programs, and restart the computer.
