FAQ: Accessing Norton community forum

The Norton Community forum provides a place for community members or participants to search for information, read and post about topics of interest, and learn from each other. We encourage you to visit our forums for any issues or questions you have with your Norton products. Chances are that someone has a solution or point you in the right direction to get your issue squared away.

If you have a problem with your Norton product, we recommend that you first search the community forum for a solution using keywords. If you do not find a solution or if the recommended solution does not work, create your own post with your problem.

How do I search?

  • To search in the Norton Community forum, type keywords for your topic into the Community text box and click the magnifier icon. It will display a page of search results. Browse through the search results for answers or solution for your problem.

How do I register?

  • Registering lets you fully participate in the community. After you register, you can:

    • Post new messages and reply to other members' posts

    • Receive email when someone responds to a specific post or topic

    • Exchange private messages with other members

  • Posting a message or replying to a message is simple. You need to be signed in to post a new message or to reply. After you post or reply to a message, everyone on the community forum board will be able to read it.
