Access your Norton Password Manager vault when logged in from another computer

Your online vault logins are saved on the Norton website, and you can access it from any computer which has Internet access, and has Norton installed. You need to use your Norton account to sign in to your vault from any computer.

Accessing your vault from another computer

  1. Start Norton.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the main window, double-click Online Safety, and then click Password Manager.

  3. If a user is already logged in, the Vault Closed window is displayed.

    At the bottom of the Norton Password Manager window, click on the user name and select Sign in as a different user.

  4. If no user is logged in or you are logging in as a different user, click Sign In.

  5. In the Sign in window, type your Norton account email address and password, and click Sign In.

  6. In the Vault Closed window, type your vault password, and click Open. If you do not remember the password, click Show password hint.

  7. When you are done, at the bottom of the Norton Password Manager window, click on the user name and select Close Vault.
