Fix problem with Email client integration if Norton AntiSpam tagged emails are not moving to the Norton AntiSpam Folder
In email clients other than Microsoft Outlook, Norton AntiSpam filters the spam emails, and adds the [Norton AntiSpam] tag to the subject of the email. However, it cannot move the spam emails to a folder. You need to create a rule in your email client to automatically move the emails that Norton AntiSpam tags, to the junk folder. If you do not know how to create a rule, refer your email client documentation or contact the email client publisher.
In Microsoft Outlook, this problem may happen if the Antispam component is not integrated with your email client. To fix this problem, you need to disable and re-enable the Antispam client integration.
