License Status shows "Canceled" in Norton Internet Security for Mac window after I remove and reinstall the Norton 360 Multi-Device license from my Norton account

To fix this problem, reactivate your Norton product using the Norton 360 Multi-Device key.

Activate Norton Internet Security

  1. Click the Norton QuickMenu icon, and then click Open Norton Internet Security.

    You may also start Norton Internet Security from the Dock.

  2. Click Activate now.

  3. In the Activation window, type your Norton 360 Multi-Device product key, and then click Continue.

  4. In the Registration window, type in your email address, and then click Continue.

    If you do not have an account, type a valid email address that you want to register with, and create a new Norton account.

  5. If you already have an account, type in the password and then click Continue.

    If you do not have an account, type in your details to register for a new account, and then click Continue.

  6. Click Continue.
