Message: "We are unable to proceed with Norton account at this time. Please try again later" appears when you activate Secure Cloud Storage

This problem has been fixed in the latest update for Norton. To get the latest updates, run LiveUpdate until there are no more updates available.

These steps are for the current version of Norton. If you have an older version or if you do not know your product version, go to Norton Update Center.

Run LiveUpdate

  1. Start Norton.

  2. In the main window, click Security, and then click LiveUpdate.

  3. When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click OK.

  4. Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, "Your Norton product has the latest protection updates."

  5. Exit all the programs, and restart the computer.
