Error: "The email address or password is incorrect. Please retry..." when uninstalling Norton Anti-Theft

STEP 1

Check the date and time on your computer

  1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

  2. Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

    TimeDate.cpl

  3. Check that the day, month, and year are correct.

    If the date is incorrect, change the calendar to the correct day, month, and year.

  4. Click Apply, and then click OK.

STEP 2

Uninstall Norton Anti-Theft

  1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

  2. Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

    appwiz.cpl

  3. In the list of currently installed programs, select the Norton product, and then click Remove or Uninstall.

  4. In the list of installed programs, click Norton Anti-Theft, and then click Remove or Uninstall.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstall.
