Norton Family does not block websites on Kindle Fire when accessed through browser bookmarks

To fix this problem, clear the cookies, cache, history, form data, and passwords in the Silk browser.

Clear the browsing data in Silk browser

  1. From the Home screen, tap Web to start the Silk browser.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Menu icon, and then tap Settings.

  3. Tap Clear All Cookie Data, and then tap OK to confirm.

  4. Tap Clear Cache, and then tap OK to confirm.

  5. Tap Clear History, and then tap OK to confirm.

  6. Tap Clear Form data, and then tap OK to confirm.

  7. Tap Clear Passwords, and then tap OK to confirm.

  8. Tap Reset to Default, and then tap OK to confirm.
