Remote Management

The Remote Management feature lets you manage your Norton-protected devices remotely. You can use your Norton account to view the status of your devices.

By default, Remote Management is turned off.

Sign in to your Norton account to do the following:

  • View your Norton product subscription status.

  • View health states of components of your protected devices.

  • View problems that you can fix.

  • View details of your devices.

  • View tasks that you can perform.

  • Retrieve your product key.

  • Manage your Automatic Renewal enrollment

How do I access my Norton account?

  1. Go to the following URL:

    https://my.norton.com

  2. Sign in with your Norton account credentials.
