Norton subscription purchased on Norton Online Store though Online Banking or Wire Transfer not received

Internet Banking or Online Bank Transfer is a payment method accepted on select Norton Online Store sites for a limited number of countries. This payment method lets you submit an order, and then submit your Internet Banking payment by logging into your bank's website and confirming payment to the Symantec payment processor Global Collect for your purchase

When you submit your Norton Online Store order, you are directed to choose your bank, and then to your bank's website to submit payment. After your payment is received and processed, you receive another email with instructions to obtain the product you have purchased. Please allow up to 48 hours for payment processing.

I want to check the status of my order

  • You can check your order status by going to your Norton account. For detailed instructions, read Check your Norton Online Store order status.

    Some common Internet Banking order statuses and their meanings:

    • Closed - Your payment has been received and your order is complete. You can either download your product, your subscription has been updated, or your renewal code has been provided.

    • Refunded - Your order has been refunded.

I have submitted my payment but still haven't received my confirmation email

  • Internet Banking or Online orders can take up to 48 hours after payment is submitted before the order is completed. If you have still not received your confirmation email after 48 hours you can check your order status by going to your Norton account. For detailed instructions, read Check your Norton Online Store order status.

    If your order is Closed, you can download or retrieve the necessary order information from your Norton account. You should have also received your confirmation email. Please check your inbox and your spam folders for an email with the following details:

    • Sent from: Norton Store [orders@mail.norton.com]

    • Subject: Norton Store - Order Confirmation for Order #NPXXXXXXX (your order number)

    If you submitted your payment over one week ago, then please contact Norton Support with your proof of payment.
