When you add your Norton product to your account you will be able to easily download and manage your devices or subscriptions. Follow these instructions when you:
See the message, "No Products Available," when downloading from your account.
Don't find your product on your account when you login to Norton.
If you purchased directly from the Norton Online Store, your product is automatically added to the Norton account using the email address used with your purchase. A new account will be created if one doesn't already exist. Make sure you are logging into the correct account as your product can only be associated to one account.
Choose from the following scenarios for the correct instructions:
I have my product key.
