Spam emails are not filtered to Norton AntiSpam folder in Microsoft Outlook with Norton Security Suite or Norton Business Suite installed

To resolve this problem, disable the AntiSpam Client Integration and restart the computer. After the computer restarts, turn on AntiSpam Client Integration.

STEP 1

Disable AntiSpam Client Integration

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam.

  4. On the Client Integration tab, under Email Clients, click on the slider next to Outlook to turn it Off.

  5. Click Apply, and then click Close.

  6. Exit all the programs, and then restart the computer.

STEP 2

Turn on AntiSpam Client Integration

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam.

  4. On the Client Integration tab, under Email Clients, click on the slider next to Outlook to turn it On.

  5. Click Apply, and then click Close.

  6. Exit all the programs, and then restart the computer.
