I cannot access a network computer after I install my Norton product

Change the trust level of the network computer

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. Depending on your Norton product, do one of the following:

    • For Norton Internet Security: Click Advanced. In the Network Protection pane, click Network Security Map.

    • For Norton 360: Click Tasks. Under General Tasks, click Check Network Security Map.

  3. Click the name of the network computer in the network map for which you want to change the trust level.

  4. In the right pane, next to the Trust Level, click [Edit].

  5. In the Edit Device Trust Level window, select Full Trust.

  6. Click OK.

  7. In the Network Security Map window, click Close.
