Error: "Email Error: 552 attachment is blocked" appears when I send and receive emails in Microsoft Outlook or Windows Mail with a Norton product installed

This issue can happen if your email service is hosted on servers such as EmailArchitect that have an antivirus feature. These servers delete the emails that contain any suspicious attachments. For further assistance with retrieving the email, contact your service provider.
