My network hosted application does not start after I install Norton Security Suite or Norton Business Suite

This problem has been fixed in the latest updates. To get the latest updates for your Norton product, run LiveUpdate until no updates are available.

Run LiveUpdate

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. Click Tasks.

  3. Under General Tasks, click Run LiveUpdate.

  4. When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click OK.

  5. Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, "Your Norton product has the latest protection updates."

  6. Exit all the programs, and restart the computer.
