Error: (8920,1240) "Norton LiveUpdate was unable to install an update" when I run LiveUpdate in Norton Security Suite or Norton Business Suite

Run LiveUpdate again

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. Click Tasks.

  3. Under General Tasks, click Run LiveUpdate.

  4. When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click Ok.

  5. Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, "Your Norton product has the latest protection updates."

  6. Exit all the programs, and restart the computer.
