Unmanageable services

You can manage only the Norton services that are registered with your Norton account. If the Norton service is not registered to your account, is registered with a different Norton account, or is provided by certain Norton partners, you cannot do the following using your Norton account:

  • Renew the product key.

  • View the subscription information.

  • Remotely resolve any security issues.

  • Update to the latest product version.

Therefore, you must register all of your Norton services using the same Norton account.

If your device has a Norton product registered to a different Norton account, uninstall the Norton on that device first. Sign in to your Norton account and install the latest version of the Norton product.

If you received your Norton from a Norton partner, the partner manages your Norton service. In this case, you may not be able to use all of the Norton features.
