Update your Norton account details

You can update your personal details, billing information, and email preferences in your account. If you forgot your password or have issues receiving the password reset email, read Recover your Norton account. If you created your account with an email address which you currently cannot access or use to sign in to your account, contact Member Services & Support for assistance.

If you are from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, visit your Norton store to update your account details.

Update your email address, password, or other personal information

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. On the Account Settings tab, click next to any information that you want to update.
  3. Once you are done, save your updates.

Update your email preferences

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. On the Account Settings tab, check or uncheck the checkbox next to Email Preferences.

    You can also unsubscribe from the marketing emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email that you received.

Update or add your card details

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. On the Billing Information tab, if you want to update an existing card details, click and type in any information that you want to update, and click Save.
  3. If you want to add a new card, fill in the card details and click Save.

    If you have issues updating or adding your billing information, contact Member Services & Support.

    If you want to delete your billing information, you must disable the automatically renewing subscription before you delete the card. Read, Cancel your automatically renewing subscription.
