Removing a device from your Norton account

You can remove a device from your Norton account at any time. If you remove a device from your Norton account, you cannot manage your Norton services that are installed on that device.

After you remove a device, you cannot view the device using your Norton account. Removing a device does not uninstall any of the Norton service that are installed on that device, but deactivates your Norton product key.

Remove a device

  1. Sign in to your Norton account.

  2. On the Devices page, click the ellipse (…) icon available below the device that you want to remove.

  3. In the menu that appears, click Delete Device.

  4. In the Remove Device confirmation dialog box, click Remove.
