Uninstall Norton Family from your device
If your child no longer uses a device that has Norton Family installed or if you have deleted your Norton Family account, follow these steps to uninstall Norton Family from those devices:
Ensure that you have also unbind the device from your Norton Family account.
Do one of the following:
On Windows Vista or Windows 7, click , and then click .
On Windows 8 or later, search for Control Panel on the Start screen.
Do one of the following:
On Windows Vista or Windows 7, click .
On Windows 8 or later, under , click .
In the list of currently installed programs, click client, and then click .
In the window that appears, type your email address and password that you used while installing Norton Family client, and then click .
Click .
If prompted, restart your computer.
On the Norton Family app's house rules page select .
In the Device Administration page, tap .
Sign in with Norton Account credentials.
Navigate to Manage applications.
Tap .
Tap .
Tap to continue.
Tap > > and then tap to remove already set restrictions.
Tap and hold the Norton Family icon until it jiggles.
Tap the cross icon to uninstall the app.
In the prompt that appears, tap .
