Trust Policy block occurs when any network event violates the Smart Firewall trust policy settings that restrict or allow network access to your programs. If Smart Firewall blocks a program that you know is safe, you can change the trust level for the program.
You can customize the trust policy to grant network access to the restricted applications that you consider as safe. This way, the firewall policy increases the firewall functionality without compromising the security of your computer.
