Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
In the Norton product main window, click Settings.
In the Settings window, click Administrative Settings.
Under Performance Monitoring, in the Program Exclusions row, click Configure.
In the Program Exclusions window, select the program that you want to delete, and then click Remove.
To remove all the programs available in the Program Exclusions window, click Remove All.
In the Program Exclusions window, click Apply.
Click OK.
In the Settings window, click Close.
