Keep your subscription current

Did You Know? Many subscription plans allow you to extend your Norton protection to multiple devices at no additional cost.

To maintain uninterrupted protection, you must keep your subscription active. If your subscription expires, you cannot obtain product updates and your product will stop working.

If you opted for the Norton Automatic Renewal Service, your subscription is renewed automatically before it expires. You will be notified by email before you are charged.

If you did not sign up for Automatic Renewal Service, you receive alerts in your product and by email when your product is about to expire. Renew before the date indicated in the alert. If you renew early, any days remaining on your existing subscription will be added to the new subscription period. You can sign up for Automatic Renewal Service when you renew.

Verify your subscription status

  1. Open your Norton product.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • In the main window, next to Subscription Status, view the remaining days until your product expires.

    • In the main window, click Help, then under ACCOUNT INFORMATION, click Subscription Status.

Verify your Automatic Renewal settings

  1. Sign in to Norton.

  2. Under MY NORTON, choose Automatic Renewal Settings.

  3. Next to your Norton product, check if the slider is towards ON and green.
