Signing out of your Norton account

This article explains how to sign out of your Norton account from My Norton and Norton 360 on Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices.

Signing out of your Norton account does not cancel your subscription or uninstall the app. It only disconnects the current device or browser from your account.

Sign out of your Norton account via My Norton (my.norton.com)

  1. Go to my.norton.com in your web browser.
  2. In the top-right corner, hover over My Account.
  3. Click Sign out.

The page refreshes and displays the sign-in screen. This confirms that you are signed out of your Norton account.

Sign out of Norton 360 on Windows

  1. Open Norton 360 on your device.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the Profile icon.
  3. Click Sign out and accept the prompt
  4. Close and reopen the app if needed.

Sign out of Norton 360 on Mac

  1. Open Norton 360 on your device.
  2. In the bottom-left corner, click the Profile icon.
  3. Click Sign out.
  4. Close and reopen the app if needed.

Sign out of Norton 360 on Android or iOS

  1. Open Norton 360 on your device.
  2. In the bottom-right corner, tap Account.
  3. Tap Sign out and accept the prompt.
