This message appears when the Norton installer cannot connect to our servers to download the required installation packages. resolve this issue, we recommend using the Safari web browser to download and install your Norton product.
On your desktop, locate the Norton installer DMG Mount file.
If you see multiple Norton installer DMG files on your desktop, right-click on the older DMG file and click Eject “Install Norton”.
Check for any conflicting apps, including VPN apps, and temporarily turn them off until the Norton app download is complete.
