You see this message when you are trying to install the latest version of the Norton Utilities Ultimate app on your Mac. It is triggered by macOS to check whether the app you are trying to install is from a trustworthy source.
To install your Norton Utilities Ultimate product, you must know the username and password of the Mac Administrator account. This is usually the username and password you use to log in to your Mac.
In the message alert, click Allow.
In the installer window, click Continue.
If prompted by another alert, click Allow to continue the installation process.
When prompted, type your administrator account password, and then click Install Helper. This is usually the username and password you use to log in to your Mac.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Your Norton product is now installed on your Mac.
