Before you begin

    • You may reach out to the respective providers for further information to remove their profile.
  • Keep your Norton account ready, which has an active Norton VPN or Norton 360 subscription.

Reinstalling the app ensures you have the latest version and can fix the disconnects that might be causing the error.

  1. On your Android device, locate the Norton 360 or Norton VPN app icon.
  2. Long-press the icon until a menu appears.
  3. Tap Uninstall.
  4. Confirm the uninstallation.
