Click the Apple Menu icon and click System Settings.
Click General on the left pane, then click Login Items & Extensions on the right pane.
Scroll down to the Extensions section, next to File Providers, click the info button.
From the available list of extensions, next to Norton, click the slider so that it is enabled (On). This includes Norton Scan in the contextual menu.
Click Done.
If prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.
You have now successfully enabled Norton in File Provider extension. The Norton Scan option should now appear in your right-click menu.
