Changing Secret Files PIN code on Norton Cleaner for iOS

Secret Files allows you to hide sensitive photos and videos from others in a private file locker so they are not visible when scrolling through your library. You must set up a personalized PIN code to access your sensitive photos and videos. You can change your PIN code anytime.

Important: If you uninstall Norton Cleaner or do not remember the PIN for the Secret Files folder, then you cannot access or restore any files you have stored in the Secret Files folder. We recommend exporting your files from Secret Files before uninstalling the app.

1. Open Norton Cleaner.

2. At the bottom of the Norton Cleaner app screen, tap Settings.

3. Scroll down and tap Settings.

4. Tap Change PIN code.

5. Enter your current PIN code.

6. Enter your new PIN code twice to confirm it.

Your Secret Files PIN code has now been changed.
