Configuring Norton Cleaner app settings for Android

You can configure the Norton Cleaner app settings to customize the features according to your preferences.

1. Open Norton Cleaner.

2. Tap ☰ Menu (the three lines) in the top-left corner of the main app screen, and tap Settings.

3. In the Settings screen, you can configure the following options:

   • Quick Clean: Tap the sliders next to the relevant file type you want to scan and review during every Quick Clean.

   • Analysis preferences: Specify which tips you want Norton Cleaner to prioritize.

   • Notifications: Customize the types of Norton Cleaner app notifications that you want to receive.

   • Real-time Detection: Tap the sliders to enable detection for App leftovers and Battery monitoring.

   • Cloud services: Transfer items from your device to a connected cloud storage account.

   • Send a log report: Collect Norton Cleaner logs from within the app and submit them to Norton Support.

   • Personal Privacy: Control which data you share with Norton and third parties. To opt out, tap the sliders next to Share app-usage data with Norton to help us with new product development, and Share app-usage data using 3rd-party analytics tools to improve this app.

   • Language: Select your preferred language.

Norton Cleaner app settings are now configured and will run as specified.
