We understand how important it is for you to have accurate and consistent information about your backups, and we regret any confusion this may have caused. Our team has identified the root cause of this discrepancy and is actively working on a resolution.
We’re pleased to inform you that a fix for this issue is scheduled to be included in the upcoming Norton version 25.6 release. Once updated, the UI will consistently reflect the correct timestamp for your last backup run across all views.
