Message: "Firewall not supported on your macOS"

This problem occurs if you try to access Smart Firewall on macOS 10.15 or lower version. For the Smart Firewall to filter traffic as needed, we require system extensions that are only available on macOS 11.x and above.

The Smart Firewall feature in your Norton product is supported only on macOS 11.x or later versions. To resolve this issue, update your operating system to macOS 11.x or later, and then try to access Smart Firewall. To know the version of the Mac operating system installed on your Mac, click the Apple menu icon at the top-left corner, and then click About This Mac.
