Fix Private Email Dashboard errors

This article is intended to help you resolve Private Email Dashboard errors that you may encounter in Norton AntiTrack.

Dashboard does not launch from Norton AntiTrack app

If your default browser is not set to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, you will not be able to launch the Private Email dashboard. To fix this issue, follow the below steps:

  1. Launch Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser.

  2. Click the Norton AntiTrack icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. In the Norton AntiTrack pop-up, next to Private Email, click Dashboard Sample alt text.

    The Private Email dashboard is open on your browser.

Dashboard may display the number of emails protected incorrectly

The Settings page under Private Email dashboard may display the number of emails protected incorrectly when you have purchased multiple subscriptions of Norton AntiTrack under the same Norton Account.

To fix this issue, restart the browser and access the Settings page.

Restart your browser

  1. On your Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser, click the Close icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Restart the browser again.

  1. Launch Norton AntiTrack.

  2. Click Go to Dashboard Sample alt text on the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  3. On the Dashboard page, click Settings in the top-left corner of the screen.

  4. On the Settings page, under Manage Real Email, you can find the number of emails protected.

Private Email does not show up in extension

This issue appears only for Mac users.

The Private Email feature may not show up on your Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers.

To fix this issue, restart your browser and access the Norton AntiTrack extension.

Restart your browser

  1. On your Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser, click the Close icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Restart the browser again.
