Get additional help with backup problems

If you run into problems with your Symantec product that you cannot solve, or have questions about the product, additional help is available. You can use the Norton Autofix window to open the support website and search the Symantec Knowledge Base for solutions to your problem.

  1. In the Norton main window, click Support, and then click Get Support.

  2. In the Norton Autofix window, click Open Support Web Site to launch the support website.
