Configure Alert me Schedule in Norton Family

Parents can configure to receive the location alert for the child at a specific time.

Location Supervision feature is not available in some countries. For more information, read Norton Family product and feature availability.

Add time

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Select the child for whom you want to configure the alert.

  3. On the Location section, click the settings icon .
  4. To get alerts, move the slider to turn it on.

  5. Next to Alert me, click Add Time.

  6. In the Add Alert window, choose the day(s) and time that you want to receive the alert.

  7. Click Save.

Edit alert

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Select the child for whom you want to configure the alert.

  3. On the Location section, click the settings icon .
  4. Next to the time that you want to edit, click more options icon and then click Edit.
  5. In the Edit Alert window, choose the new day(s) and time that you want receive the alert.

  6. Click Save.

Delete alert

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Select the child for whom you want to configure the alert.

  3. On the Location section, click the settings icon .
  4. Next to the time that you want to edit, click more options icon and then click Delete.
  5. In the Delete Alert window, click Yes.

If you are using Google account to sign in to Norton Family account, make sure that you sign out from your Google account in your browser after finishing the Norton Family setup.
